FAQ’s

  • How far in advance should I order?

    We recommend getting in touch or ordering your stationery as far in advance as possible. The more time we have to design + print + ship your order, the better. We require a MINIMUM of 5 weeks for all orders of stationery, signage and envelopes. For fully custom designs we need a MINIMUM of 12 weeks.

  • Do you have a minimum quantity?

    Yes, we do have minimum quantities on most of our items. For digital print items, we have a minimum of 30 copies, some special die cut items have a minimum of 50. For letterpress and foil items we have a minimum of 50 copies. Unfortunately we cannot do lower quantities as this is the minimum our printers use.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship our print stationery in New Zealand and Australia only. We do offer a range of digital invitations which you are welcome to purchase from anywhere in the world. Our signage is only available to New Zealand customers.

  • Can I order higher quantities than what is available on your website?

    Yes, you may definitely order a higher quantity than what we have available on our website. Please get in touch so we can provide you with a quote.

  • Can I modify the Shape/size/colour of designs?

    Yes you may. There are so many combinations when it comes to stationery. We have tried to include the best ones on our website but please ask if there is a particular design you’re after in another shape/colour/size. This is often an easy tweak but will likely incur a small fee for extra production costs.

  • Can we have other colours than what is shown on your website?

    Yes, there are many possible colour combinations and we only show a couple on our website. Take a look at our paper colour options in ‘Things To Know’ to view available paper colours and more information.

  • Can we print the stationery ourselves?

    We do not allow customers to print their own stationery based off our digital designs or other. This is so we can maintain a high standard of quality in all of our designs when our designs are sent out into the world.

  • How many revisions are included?

    We allow for two revisions of each design during the design process as we want you to be 100% happy with your items. Additional revisions will be invoiced at $50 per revision to cover our extra time so please choose carefully when ordering or get in touch first if you have questions.
