REFUNDS + RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or exchanges and all payments are non-refundable. Please check items carefully before purchasing.

PROOFING

You are responsible for providing accurate information (dates, times, names) and all spelling of words. You are responsible for thoroughly checking and proofreading all aspects in the final proof and approving via email/written confirmation. Hey Lola Design holds no responsibility for misprinted information/spelling errors after the proof has been approved by you and you will be liable for all reprinting costs if required.

COLOURS

While we aim to accurately represent the colours shown in digital files, there are variations in printed colour and this may not look exactly the same as shown on screen or in the digital file.

PRICING

All pricing is shown in NZD and does not include shipping. All prices are subject to changes at any time without notice. 

PAPER AND ENVELOPE COLOUR AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee that all paper and envelope colours will be available. Availability of these often changes due to the suppliers stock levels. We will always aim to advise of an alternative or provide you with other colour options that suit your style. 

TIMEFRAMES + SHIPPING

Semi-custom items require a minimum of 4 weeks to design, print and ship. We do not hold any responsibility if you order does not arrive in time if you order with less than 4 weeks notice. Custom designs require a minimum of 12 weeks notice. Hey Lola Design is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping by the postal carrier. Please make sure to you order all items well in advance. 

COVID-19 SPECIFIC POLICY

For event cancellations due to covid, we do not offer refunds. For postponed events we offer complimentary digital postponement notices or updates to E-Invitations. we unfortunately do not provide refunds for printed stationery OR SIGNAGE, however we can offer a special 30% discount on digital print stationery and 10% discount on foil + letterpress if you need to reprint. This allows for wording changes only and no design updates. Wedding websites are welcome to be updated at any time (wording only) but are non-refundable - extra fees may apply for additional hosting time. Fees will also apply for any design updates (not including wording).
